Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your Chester Cigar Club subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date.

Refunds: Due to the limited nature of our subscription tiers, we are unable to offer refunds once a billing cycle has processed. Each tier has a limited number of available slots, and charges are final upon renewal. If your box arrives damaged or with a missing item, please contact us within 7 days at Dustin@ChesterCigar.com and we'll make it right.
